We answer the most frequently asked questions below.

Can I arrive before 4pm?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to confirm an earlier arrival. The reason is that we have to finalize the household arrangements before your arrival. Sometimes people leave early and rooms are ready quickly. Sometimes people leave at 11am and we need plenty of time to finalize the cleaning.
Can I arrive very late?
Yes, you have a code for your key and your arrival is autonomous.
Do you have a reception?
No. Your arrival is autonomous. The key is in the box on the door of your loft or condo. The process is very simple: you receive a code by e-mail (if you book through our site) or on the application/site used (e.g. airbnb, bookin, vrbo). Use this code to unlock the key box. The key is inside the box.
Is there anything I should do before I leave?
Please wash the dishes you've used and dispose of your garbage in the green and blue bins in the parking lot. Put the key back in the box.
What is the code for Wifi?
The code is written in the chalet. Wifi is free.
Do you have air conditioning?
Yes, all our units have air conditioning. You have control over the air-conditioning temperature.
Is a BBQ included?
Yes
Do you accept pets?
Pets are allowed in the chalets.
Can I have an extra bed for my chalet?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. The maximum number of people per unit must be respected without any restrictions.
Do you have an electric car charger?
Unfortunately, we don't have any yet. There are, however, some in the area near our establishment in the town of Cap St-Ignace, just follow the road signs.
Can I pay in cash?
This is not possible. We only accept credit card payments online.
Can I smoke inside my room?
No. Our establishment is 100% non-smoking. We want to offer our guests a healthy environment. In accordance with the latest anti-smoking law, smoking is prohibited within a 9-meter radius of every door and window in the establishment. Failure to comply will result in a severe fine. Thank you for your cooperation.
Do you have any recommendations for things to do in the area?
Each cottage has a comprehensive guide with many recommendations and images to help you.
Est-ce que le petit déjeuner est inclus?
We do not offer breakfast. We do, however, offer free coffee. There's also a kitchen if you'd like to cook for yourself.
Will someone come to clean every day?
The housekeeping team will come only at the end of your stay.
Can I fish in the river?
Normally yes, but please refer to provincial regulations on fishing in the river. Always check the municipal by-law to make sure it's still allowed.
What if I need more toilet paper or other requests?
A written request must be made through the reservation system you have used (our reservation site, airbnb, vrbo, booking, etc.).
Where can I park my car?
Right in front of your cottage
I have a large RV and wanted to know if I can leave it in the parking lot.
Please make a request by email and get approval. This is allowed for special situations only.
Can I leave my car in the parking lot for a few days and come back even though my reservation is over?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Your car will be towed at your expense.
Can I have guests join me on the riverbank during my stay?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. The riverbank can only be used by our guests staying at our establishment.
Is it possible to get a better price for larger groups or longer stays (10 days or more)?

Do you offer corporate rates?
Unless you have a large group or are staying for several days (10+), the rates are the same. Contact us by e-mail for rates for large groups or long stays?
Can I listen to movies?
We have a TV that lets you connect to : Netflix, Disney, Crave, Radio-Canada and all the other applications possible on a smart TV (roku).
